Create your HealthLogic affiliate profile. Control Tower will generate your account number, referral code, and QR/referral link.

IMPORTANT: CHECK YOUR SPAM OR JUNK FOLDER

After you create an affiliate profile, your account is pending review. Approval, login, password reset, referral code, QR/link, and payout emails may land in spam or junk. Please check spam/junk before contacting support. IMPORTANT PAYOUT DISCLOSURE: Affiliate commissions are not available immediately. Funds are held until app store payments clear, purchase activity is reviewed, and the refund/chargeback window has passed. For planning purposes, payouts will not be available for at least 60 days after the attributed sale.
